Singapore has a variety of sports facilities which include indoor and outdoor stadiums, tracks, multipurpose playing fields, sports halls and courts, swimming complexes, sailing lagoons, as well as outdoor exercise apparatus in public parks. These facilities cater to a great variety of sports that people enjoy.

One traditional sporting game still played is 'sepak raga'. This refers to a ball made of woven rattan. The ball is tossed to players of the opposing team using any parts of the body, especially the feet and head but never the hands, and it must not be allowed to touch the ground.

Until recently, no proper roles existed for the game. It is now popularly known by its Thai name `Sepak takraw'. It now has its own set of formal rules and a more durable plastic ball is used.

How to Make a Dialled call

 

Recently, we can find public phone almost everywhere. Payphone (or commonly called ‘coin phone’) is the most common public phone. If you want to call someone and use this, just get some coins with you then you go there. Now, here are some ways to use such kind of means.

First, you must lift the receiver and wait until you listen for dial tone. Then you must insert money at least the minimum fee as shown on the display. Next you dial the number and listen for the ringing tone. You can speak after connected. You may add the coins at any time during your call. If you have a failed call, do not replace the receiver but you should press the blue button then redial. At last, after you finish your call, you must replace the receiver. This phone will return your unused coins but doesn’t give change.

           So, there is absolutely nothing nutritional about fast food. Fast food simply feeds hunger and craving.

I feel that we should be allowed to keep dogs in the city because if taken care of properly dogs can be a great source of pleasure. As a child used to enjoy playing and taking care of my pet, there is no greater loyalty a person can get than from a well-cared-for dog.

George Washington is one of the most famous citizens of the United States. He is remembered as the “Father of His Country”. For nearly twenty years, he guided his nation.

Washington was born in Westmoreland County, Virginia, on February 22, 1732. It is difficult to know much about Washington’s early education. These ten laws make sure that Americans will have basic freedoms, such as freedom of speech and freedom of religion.

Washington helped to shape the beginning of the United States in three important ways. First he commanded the Continental Army that won independence from Great Britain in the Revolutionary War. Second, he served as president of the convention that wrote the United States Constitution. Third, he was the first man elected president of the United States.

No other American has been honored more than Washington. The nation’s capital, Washington D.C. was named for him. The state of Washington is the only state that was named for a president.
